Opportunity:

Join an exciting startup company to build business from the ground up and be the major influence to shape company’s direction and future.  Lead and plan the engagement strategy at tier one customers in IoT space, plus build and manage sales representatives and distribution partners to scale the sales coverage in America and Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow customer pipeline and achieve design win and revenue target
  • Lead and plan out sales strategy for the region including direct engagement plan for tier one customers
  • Build and manage sales reps, distributors and design house partners network
  • Willing to travel across US and EU plus some travel to Asia
  • Lead and manage global projects at tier one customers by working with customer’s core team and their ODM or CM partners plus coordinating and managing company’s internal support from product marketing, system engineering, and FAE team.
  • Be the expert on our products, technology, & solutions for US and EU IoT market
  • Guide and train sales reps, distributors, and design house partners to identify the right targets, customers, applications to grow area sales

Key Profiles:

  • Degree in electrical or software engineering
  • Strong technical background, knowledge of semiconductors business especially in wireless and IoT
  • Have experience selling into tier one IoT customers
  • Creative and strategic-selling skills desired plus passionate in solving customer problems
  • Growth mindset that seeks to be adaptive, fast and effective. Eager and willing to learn, especially in challenging situations and environments
  • Goal and customer-oriented with an independent working style and the ability to set priorities
  • Flexible and can work in a changing priority environment
