Private Meeting Suite
For customers looking for a quiet conference room away from the noise of the main IBC convention floor, Atmosic has reserved a suite at the nhc hotel in Amsterdam which is just a short walk from the exhibition centre.
- Meetings at the Meeting Suite need to be pre-arranged, please contact sales to make a reservation
- Ad-hoc meetings can be held without reservation on the show floor, see the Meeting Pod tab above
Meeting Pod
For customers looking for a quick discussion without the need for the privacy offered by the Private Meeting Room, Atmosic has a meeting pod in the walkway to Hall 7.
