Semiconductor Quality and Reliability Engineer/Manager

Atmosic Technologies, leader in ultra low-power and battery-free wireless connectivity solutions, is looking for engineers who are passionate about driving quality processes.  Job title and responsibilities commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

    • Drive and own quality processes
    • Manage internal and external quality excursions
    • Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues
    • Lead cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
    • Manage customer data reporting and support customer audits
    • Perform supplier audits
    • Manage relevant quality compliance and certification processes
    • Develop, implement continuous quality improvements

Requirements

    • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fields
    • Minimum of 5+ years experience in semiconductor quality assurance
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-tasks with proactive and self-driven attitude
    • Desire to learn with attention to details
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with suppliers and customers
    • Proven proficiency with structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, and 3 legs x 5 Why, AEC-Q100, FMEA, SPC
    • Ability to travel as needed

Desired Experience

    • Experience in semiconductor assembly and semiconductor testing
    • Familiarity with CMOS wafer fabrication
    • Strong knowledge in ISO and applicable JEDEC standards

    • Hiring in multiple geographies: Hsinchu, Taiwan or Campbell (Silicon Valley), California

Salary range

    • $170,000 to $200,000 (Campbell)
