ATM5
The ATM53, ATM53e and ATM52 are members of the new ATM5 series that supports both Bluetooth 6.3 (Channel Sounding with Inline PCT Transfer) and Bluetooth 5.4, for Consumer and Enterprise Asset Tracking, and IoT applications.
The SoC family integrates the radio along with an ARM® Cortex® M33F application processor, up to 256 KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 512 KB Read-Only Memory (ROM), 1024 or 2048 KB of nonvolatile memory (NVM).
The family also supports the ARM® TrustZone® enabled security features, and state-of-the-art power management to enable maximum lifetime in battery-operated devices and integrated energy harvesting controller capabilities.
The ultra low power ATM5 series SoCs, integrates Channel Sounding with Inline PCT, aligned with latest iOS and Android specifications, ideal for Asset Tracking and Internet-of-Things (IoT) segments.
Support for low duty cycle operation allows systems to run for significantly longer periods without battery replacement. ATM53 series support Bluetooth 6.3 Channel Sounding with Inline PCT Transfer which further reduces power consumption in Channel Sounding operations. In addition, this series of SoCs from Atmosic supports operation from energy harvesting sources, including photovoltaic.
