The ATMEVK-AoA Evaluation Kit demonstrates the Bluetooth Direction Finding capabilities on the ATM33 Wireless Bluetooth SoC both in tag and locators applications.
The kit uses two (2) of the standard ATM33 evaluation kits, one to demonstrate the tag functionality and one to demonstrate the locator. In addition to the evaluation boards, the kits adds an antenna array which offers the antennas, antenna switches and an LED display intended to provide location guidance and status information.
The use of the standard evaluations boards enables developers with a fully featured platform on which to develop their Direction Finding application even after their evaluation of the technology. The evaluation kits enable developers to:
- Measure current consumption in its various operating states
- Validate the operation and performance of
- Bluetooth Low Energy for Real-Time Location Services (RTLS)
- Energy harvesting support
- Prototype custom applications
